The Cloverdale/Langley area is one of the most beautiful areas of the Fraser Valley. Rich in scenery and history, residents are attracted by the quality of life and the rural atmosphere. Both areas offer quality affordable housing, with great neighbourhoods to raise a family in. Cloverdale has a population of approximately 20,000, and has a small town feel to it, just as Langley does. Cloverdale offers the famous Cloverdale Rodeo, every year in May, and Langley has its annual Cruise- In every September, where approximately 100,000 people attend. There are plenty of interesting activities such as; Fort Langley, the Langley Centennial Museum National Exhibition Centre, Surrey Museum and the Domaine de Chaberton winery.
